1) Fill out the Application: Simply fill out your team information online to today!
2) Print Waiver - Print out and complete the waiver form and mail it in to us.
3) Send Payment: Send in your team $400 deposit before April 1st.
4) Fill out the Roster form: Your team roster form can be filled out online as well.
